Got my correct documents just now.
Everything looks good! Time to go to the notary.
Weird thing is last time I went to get my other docs notarized she said that they had the notarize here stickers wrong. They had the sticker on the actual agreement and something called California all purpose acknowledgment. Notary said should only notarize the CA all purpose.
I asked
CW and they said no make sure all forms are notarized. I'm confused because the notary did it the way she thought it should be and the 2nd mortgage mod is complete.
