Thanks for the information. I have made two trial payments so far and they did exactly as your note above. But they also charged a late fee. But I thought they will wait until all the 3 payments are made.........

They combined my two payments and charged the one month PITI payment, late fee and the remaining balance has been applied to the principal.........I am not sure whats going on......but will wait and see.......
