it really doesnt matter what your expenses are. They dont care unless so mcuh, they wont qualify you. They figure 31% of gross income and that includes taxes and insurance. As to the arrearage, they tack it on to back end of loan although I am hearing they will negotiate that down if you ask.I have a 2nd with WAMU and goona start on that now that I just got HMP trial. I started 1 year ago and again with Obama guidelines. Put in app again April 15th and just got package. Good luck on yours.
