Hi,
Our payment was $2645 interest only - no ins. or taxes. We had $3800 (without mortgage) in debt and $6000 net income...so that is 63% debt to income which is high...there was a little "fat" in the budget, but not much.
If we have to pay taxes and ins. on top of the $1740, it will be tough. We live in a high tax area (6400/year tax and $740/year ins....total $600/month). And no idea what is happening with the $14K arrears.

Yes - it was pretty fast ONCE we got things started with that gal in Florida. We started the process in November 08 and had to start all over in 3/09 because of Obama guidelines. Really ready to be above water and have this thing over...like everybody.
