That is good and it seems like it only took about a month if I read it right from your beginning post.

Called my guy at Chase that I had the meeting with last week just to see if they had everything in order and he told me he had sent in everything for modification 3 days ago so that was good news. He told me to give it two weeks and call him. What was your payment before modification? I am wondering with all our debt if they can even get it low enough so we'll qualify for a modification.
