wow Cobra, I am so happy for you! It gives me hope and more determination to stay and fight...I had just posted today that I called BOA and they ask me for the 17000,00. we are behind...lol...I wanted to say "sure! I got that in my back pocket! that is why I am in the foreclosure department!" so happy for you and your wife!
