Oh, I forgot to answer you question. Sorry Patiently. I am not sure the program I qualified for but somehow they told me in the agreement not to pay June payment that the 1st would be due July 1st.
Since I was never behind, my main concern is that my credit was not tarnished by this Mod. My executive team member assured me to follow the loan modification agreement and that missing the payment would not hurt my credit. They just added an addition payment to the end of my loan to make up for June missed payment.
