Hi Marie,
Talked to Carla in Executive Resolution today. Very nice person. Looks like we are approved for $1740/mo 3 month trial. She doesn't know the terms. She is going to email the negotiator, Sierra McCoy, and find out and let me know....don't know if PITI, what % rate, etc. Will keep you posted.
