As most of you know I have been trying to get a forbearance through
CW since 1/09 up until last week, it said active processing. now I can;t see anything. nothing in our lives have changed my husband is still out of work for p.t.s.d. after finding our 26 yr old had killed himself, we have been back and forth with these so called helpers! I am at my wits end. I can't file for a chapter13 because we don't make enough and now it will cost us 1500 to file a bk in which we have no clue where to start! I am so beyond frustrated right now, NACA wants bank statements that we don't get, we don't have a printer and I am really feeling overwhelmed, I am trying to do this my damn self since no one has a clue here what I am talking about. then
