Sent my Mod agreement back overnight to Wells Fargo and faxed a copy to my Executive contact. Also called the Loss Mit. team to let them know they should recieve today.
Does anyone know if the Modification agreement is the only paperwork that will need to be done or if there will be other documentation to sign as well? I already signed and sent in a afadavit.
Seems like there would be more to sign than an afadavit and the loan mod agreement.
