That is encourgaing, thank you very much. I called again today and they said they would put in a request to resend the hardship affidavit and other paperwork since I had not received it. Was the hardship affidvit or any other paperwork with your packet or was it just the trial period agreement? I already submitted a borrowers assistance form and all documentation more than 2 months ago? |
