It’s encouraging that some people received their fedex packages this week. Still nothing for me. In my Monday call to retentions they said they would escalate my file to a supervisor since it had been more than 30 days, but he wasn’t sure what they would be able to do since they have a lot of them that old. I’m curious whether those that received packets this week were current or behind on their payments and if anyone who is current has actually received trial period paperwork. I stopped my auto pay for my June 1 payment and will let it go 31 day to see if that helps. Very scary thing to do.
