I've been wondering about this as well. Especially since I've seen some of the MAP interest rates top out at 6.5 after 6 years which is still high. That 4.7 I just saw in another thread looked very encouraging however! I am wondering about the principal reductions I was reading about a while back, I guess they are not doing those anymore? I just wish there was a standard they had to go by. This waiting is killing me!
