| Re: CW/Bank of America Frustrations?! I had the first phone appointment last night with NACA. He asked for a few more documents to be faxed to them, but said they would review after receipt and should be ready to submit to Countrywide. He did at that point schedule another follow up phone appointment for Thursday morning at 8am. I just hope they are able to work something out for me. The rep seemed a bit impatient with me at first, but I'm assuming it was a long day for him...since the call was at 8pm so I didn't give it much credence...and by the end of the conversation his tone had changed....so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for this one! |
