| Where to start???
Hi everyone,
This will be my first post here in the Short-sale Outpost. I've posted many times in the Walk-away forum. I thought that I was going to have to walk away from my home and deal with the consequences but now I've decided to try the short sale route.
I've filled out all the paperwork that both lenders require and sent it to my realtor. She is going to list the house this week. I'm just wondering if I'm supposed to contact that lenders asap or if we wait until we get an offer.
