BOA told me something similar. I'm in "pre-forclosure" with 5 months due...they told me the foreclosure will stand....however they informed me that the sale date has been suspended. Not sure if I beleive that or not just yet...but I did submit the NACA paperwork and questionairre..and have a phone appointment tomorrow evening....so I'm hoping that something can be done.
CW/BOA asked me to send in everything for the Affordable home modifcation program also...but the next rep I spoke to said she wasn't sure I qualified...but she did say "I guess go ahead and try". VERY frustrating.
