No i dont mind. They lowered our interest rate from 6 to 4.5 . Our house payment only went down about 150.00 but at this point everyone will grab what they get. The letter also said the 1st payment is not due until 8-01. This was nice because it will give us a little time to get it together. At least i dont have to lie down in bed every night wondering if the big F word will come the next day.
