I am waiting on a loan modification from Wachovia as well. My loan is 30 year fixed and my interest rate is 7.75%. I called the executive team for Wachovia because I have been trying to get a modification for months. I was told I will hear something by the end of this week. I will post the phone number in a second. They are really nice as well.
