SO can I begin the process with NACA even though I "applied" for the Modifcation through
CW/BOA? I'm assuming they have done nothing with my paperwork yet anyway...just didn't want to duplicate efforts or negate something.....not sure how this all works...certainly is a lot to take in! I'm curious how other NACA stories went. I'm certainly willing to work this all out....so anything that can help would be great.
