Hi Cassietw, I kept making payments until my loan mod was finalized per the advice of naca. I was approved via email on 3-19 and got the paperwork via fedex on April 24.
CW included April and May's payment into the loan mod document but I paid april after the paperwork sent to me.
CW readjusted my principle and payment due. I was originally supposed to make my new payment on june 1, but the April payment went against june and july and now my first payment due is Aug 1. the rate change went into effect on may 1.
