Has anyone found any information that clarifies the "voluntary" participation part? Does voluntarily participating in the initial MHA program constitute voluntarily under the 2nd lien program, or is that a separate "contract" to participate. I know it mentions in some of the documents as having the second lien automatically modify upon the first mortgage being done, but nothing really clarifies the voluntary part and if it's a separate agreement to participate.
