She asked me what my concerns were. I told her. She looked at my file and told me that no one had been assigned to it yet. I explained that I was sent the AG mod back in 2008, but it was never received. Then sent another mod in late March adding the missed payments to the backend. She refered to that as a capitalzation mod. I explained why it was not good for me.
She understood. She also asked about other concerns.
I told her that my biggest concern was that while I am waiting for the restructure to be reviewed that
CW might move forward toward FC.
I indicated that that is my fear and it is making me sick and affecting my health.
