Ok now I am lost the new making home afforable package proposed by President Obama seems to fit my situation, with the one requirement stating that the mortgage has to be backed by fannie mae or freddie mack, which I just found out that neither is. So now what I am supposed to do. My mortgage is now serviced by American Home mortgage servicing and I have been assigned a negoitiater name Lewis. Has anyone dealt with this negoitiater? |
