thank you Hopefull2009. I wanted to make sure I didn't mis understand what they told me on the phone, not what I read on the website. I gathered all the information together this morning, just need to write up the hardship letter and fax it all in. I would like to at least make a payment this week, but the representative told me most likely they would not accept it since it was in pre-foreclosure. I hope that we can work out something, I really don't want to lose my home...and this is just so embarassing to me how I got here....
