Well I had a great phone counseling today with NACA/Russell. Sounds like things might work out. After everything, my wife and I are looking at our mortgage price to drop about $300. I had more success talking to NACA than
CW, which relieved alot of stress for the time being. I just hope everything will work out and if it does, I urge people to take a look into NACA.
