Thanks ***. I actually got a hold of someone who was very helpful and got me to the right person. I talked to them and they needed my updated financials, which I provided to them today. I need to fax them some more information tomorrow, and then they will go through the process of trying to workout a more reasonable payment. The people I spoke with were surprisingly polite and helpful (I've read some posts that people were rude and nasty). I'll keep the NACA in mind, but I'm going to continue to see what I can work with in regards to Countrywide. Hopefully this can get taken care of and I can start making my regular payments.
