My wife and I have a 30yr fixed 7% mortgage. We are in foreclosure and just received a notice to appear in court. I submitted all the info to Country wide for a loan mod, but everytime I called I am being told different things. One person told me back in April that we were approved for a loan mod, however another person said it was only for a forbearance period. I currently got a job part-time and have maybe a job offer coming up within the next week. We are just so frustrated with
CW telling us different things. We are thinking about walking out on the house, but we love it so much that we dont know what to do. I have an phone appointment with NACA scheduled today, so lets hope and see. If anyone can give some advice that would be greatly appreciated.
