What is the charge for the u.s dept of housing & urbing developement? That was never there before. I started seeing it after I received the partial claim. Why did my payments go up? When I initially signed the loan docs my payments were suppose to be 1064/mo. Now I'm paying 1,200. They keep telling me my tax/ins keeps going up that's why my payments are going up. But the tax and ins. did not increase by that much for my payments to jump up $140/mo. |
