You may want to check and see that is was in fact a partial claim and not a repayment plan that was given to you, if it were a repayment plan that you were given that would have came directly from
CW.........and that would raise the payment because the amount that was in default would be spread out over a number of months and added to your normal payment..................check your docs for this.
