Doesn't surprise me either....I've seen hundreds of posts around the www from people that are having similar issues with T,B&W. I have contacted quite a few of them and one woman in particular said something about needing to file a "joiner federal suit". I have no idea what that is..and can find no information on it.
I know that in order to file a class action lawsuit we would need at least 200 people since the issues aren't contained in just one state....but so many people are too scared to go up against them.
We are not scared to go up against them....we just need to find the right person to help us.
