when you make your appt with NACA try to schedule at list 2 time periods. They may also call you an hour before or after your scheduled appt which has happened to us plenty of times but they will call. I know that it will be very frustrating waiting for the phone to ring, but it will, we have been there. They are very good and will listen and try to help as much as they can, unlike
CW, they don't want to help anyone. Also, we are 9 months behind and are still living in our home, our mod is at
CW now and we should be hearing from NACA next week about our mod. It will take time but you have to be patient, I know it is very hard, believe me, but NACA will definitely help you out. Hang in there, NACA will make it happen.
