It took me 4 months to get an actual modification package from
CW. Too bad it was ridiculous and I had to call them and inform them it was not acceptable!! Then they sent 2 more w/in a week that were also ridiculous!
I went with the NACA organization to have them submit loan mod paperwork to
CW/BofA two weeks ago....I am officially two months behind as of today, and the second half of my property taxes are due today...and there is not enough in my escrow acct to pay for them!
Try NACA for a loan modification, many people here have gotten good results:
