I went through the same thoughts...send them the keys and go rent somewhere...but we shouldnt let them win...Obama made a promise and they (the servicers) should follow through. It is awful when you receive the letter of intent to accelerate...I am in the same boat as you. I submitted to NACA and they submitted to
CW on 4/17. I am just afraid that I will be foreclosed on before any modification.
