I'm not sure if faxing over everything to them really matters. They held on to our paperwork for weeks and finally sent us a mod that raised our payment and never assigned us a negotiator. I would keep on calling and trying. I don't think they automatically assign anyone a negotiator. Hope this helps. Maybe someone could give more input if they are more familiar with the process...? |
