I Don't Know Where To Post This, I Have On Going Situation With My Mortgage, I Have Been Hoping To Get Some Advice On This Question:
My Mortgage Co, Popular, Is Unloading All These Loans, Assuming Mine Included. I Have Both Legal And Civil Issues With The Mortgage I Have With Them. Do I Have To Hurry And Address My Concerns Tell Them About My Discoveries Of Forged Pages? Because I Don't Know For Sure Who Is Involved Yet. It Is Hard To Say Because All Have Had These Docs At One Time. I Don't Want To Accuse Anyone Before Being Sure. I Am At A Stahl Trying To Figure Out Where To Go Next, They Are Trying To Foreclose On Me, Or At Least "intending To" If I Wait To Hear What The Authorities Have To Say? No One Has Really Responded With Any Help Accept To Say You Will Have To Approach This Civilly. But I Can't Right Now Without The Money. I Have Reported It Everywhere From Ftc To Fbi, With The Exception Of Local Police. I Will Try Them Now.

If I Don't Move Quickly Will I Lose My Chance. Will The New Shark In Town Aig Have Any Responsibility For This? Or Still Popular.
If There Is A Settlement To Reach Can I Do This On My Own? I Just Can't Believe It Is This Hard To Go After An Illegal Activity Such As Fraud And Forgery Without A Bundle Of Cash.
I Know It Is Better With An Attorney Than Without, But I Believe This Sell Out Is Really Soon. Thanx For Any Help!
