Saga continues.. I received a letter from WF needing more paystubs, another financial stmt, and the letter said a copy of our contract for sale, but it was not marked but rather in a paragraph below and seperate. I am not sure if they need that, but I am sending it. The letter is dated 04/21/2009 and gives me 10 days to put it together and fax it back, or the request is considered as closed on the DIL. I put it together last night, for the 5th time now. Considering their ability to receive faxes they will not get it, and they will kick this DIL request back out like they did the Short Sale. Are there any laws let in America against this behavior? We are in the hole every month of course, and we have nothing to send. So, I talked to hubby last night again about a free consultation with a BK attorney. Just in case WF tries to do something that takes our food money. Geesh.
