THis is new, I had not heard that Chase was not going to do the Obama Plan. I would call back and talk to someone else and see what they say. Like any agency, you can get a new opinion with every call. I suspect that not to be right since Chase website set up directly to handle the plan. Sounds like the negotiator isnt on top of things and didnt send it out. They put all kinds of things in the files that didnt happen. Recording the conversation is good idea. Also exec office good idea to call. Good luck
