I am 7 months behind with CW, Notice to Accelerate ran out 4-9.
I have a loan mod which I have to return today to CW, which will hold off the F/C going forward.
Also have a restructure plan submitted by NACA on 4-8, but have no answer back yet.

Question is: If I send the CW mod back will I still be able to go with the NACA restructure plan once it is approved?
Or....could you still apply for another mod like "Make Home Affordable" plan.
