As of 5/1, I will be officially two months late paying mortgage and there is not enough in my escrow account with
CW/BofA.
Will they pay the propery taxes on my behalf as they always have? Or should I go down to town hall and pay them myself????
I submitted for loan mod with NACA mid-April.
