We are on the exact same foreclosure time line with BofA with my 3rd missed payment next month too.
I got a call from them today, but to put it short the nice lady told me they are back logged and are in the process of opening new call centers. So it might take longer than expected, which is great news for me, but not for you. Why dont you just call and tell them you're mailing them the keys?

I know it sounds crazy but I am hoping to get my NOD sooner rather than later.
