I called Countrywide today and asked about the implementation of the Making Home Affordable - Modification program. The representative flat out said that my investor will not participate in this program. Then I told her that her statement is not true because Wells Fargo (my investor) is participating and they issued a statement on their website stating it. She then said that she did not know this and have to look into that herself.
As for as Countrywide implementing the Making Home Affordable - Modification program, it's not available yet. No update per the representative as to when it's up and running. |
