I listed my condo yesterday w/a realtor, paid $107,500. Listed at $49,900 w/comps listed in the mid 30's to one pending @$26,900 (studio).
I am still scared about a DJ, but I have a friend w/cash that is seriously interested in my unit, coming to look on Friday. I wonder what will happen.... |
