Thank you for the info. It makes me feel better already. I have been worrying about this a lot for the last couple of months. I believe we might qualify for the rate freeze that President Bush has worked out. Do you know anything about this? We meet all the guidlines that I have read about (having gotten our loan in July of 2006 and not having been late on the payments) I have written a letter to our lender and plan on mailing it out. Is this a good plan? I looked at a letter someone else had posted on your website and modified it for our situation.
