When did you stop making payments? Honestly I am still not clear on exactly how this process works. From what I understand you will be harassed by phone, then harassed by mail, possibly harassed by text message, then you receive a Notice of Default, then a Trustee Notice of Sale then a notice of eviction? Is that about right?
