Update.

All information on the countrywide website about my accounts is correct. I called today to see what is going on with my rental.
It did not go to auction because it was in modification. They just have to send the foreclosure notices as you go through the process. My rental is now under review again and will likely take 60 to 90 days until hearing about another offer or ?

My primary home is four months behind and has been given a countrywide negotiator and they are looking at options for my home and I will not know for forty to 60 days (possibly longer)

I asked them why they state that they can't help you if the property is an investment property when in fact they did modify my investment property and why can't they work together with the two so that everything that is needed to know about my full finanacial hardship can be looked into on one phone call instead of having to call twice on each different loan account.

I also stated that it's the priciple reduction and lower interest rate with extended years to pay or you can still have the homes. I would not have been in this position (like thousands here) if they would have realized that I had two properties, two surgeries, and unemployed for eight months and that I did what I thought was right to save the properties. I rented both and went to live rent free at my mothers while lookin for work.

I (we) just needed time to re-establish and get control of our situations. IE, defearence with no added extra costs. (6 months of non payments, reduced payments) restructured loan and principle reduction. Any of those options would have saved the mortgage companies billions.

So I guess I'm still in the game and I have another job offer that's suppose to start on the 27th. We will see.
