unfortunately no matter who you talk to at countrywide you will not get any answers. i think they all read from a printed sheet. i have been trying for 8 months to get some kind of help and info but nothing. i even have my hud counselor and a state person from who i received a grant to help us payoff what we owe and they still will not talk to us. i am at my wits end, now i had to get a lawyer bc i was served with foreclosure papers but no date set yet. they say they want you to stay in your home but i really dont think that is true. you should definitely get in touch with a HUD representative in your area bc
