CW. My status showed "Incomplete" for about 30 days after I submitted everything to them, then one day bam...it said "submitted to servicer-restructure"
I know they are only human and will drop the ball from time to time. I'm sorry this happened to you. Hopefully your result will not take as long as 30 days.
