U.S. Government Accountability Office (U.S. GAO) as this is who handed over the money to the banks.
I would report them to HUD too as they are listed as a company that signed the Making Homes Affordable Agreement.
I am only just starting the process so I am going to wait a few weeks before I start playing hard ball.
