I got MOD docs today too via Fed Ex, I got a Naca Mod approved in Dec 08 for 6%, and I too got 1 of those approval emails on 3/19 from Naca for a new mod with a 5% rate, when I spoke with the Naca rep last week via online chat she verified I was approved for this even though I had just gotten a mod, but no terms of the new mod were available. I too just got a fed-ex with new mod docs today with a 5% fixed rate, I had a question about the figures they were using since we are only just barely past due for march payment (which I tried to make today but my online payment option is now disabled
) so I called the phone number on the fed-ex label (no phone number on docs) and was told the Mod came from the Hope team, when I asked about Naca the rep said they didn't know anything about a Naca proposed mod; but who knows with
CW being in a constant state of confusion, I am not going to question the darn thing, I'm gonna get it notarized and send it back asap before they change their minds.
