I'm sorry, I didn't understand your answer, but I just woke up and my brain is a little fuzzy, lol.

The NACA (Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America), is a completely seperate entity from Countrywide. It is a HUD approved, non-profit organization that helps homeowners who are struggling. Their service is free. The link I provided above will take you to their website. They may be able to help you save your home. You would have to click on their HOME SAVE PROGRAM and fill out the online submission to get things started. Not only have they helped many members here (including myself), but they have also been known to suspend foreclosures while in negotiations with Countrywide. It may be worth a try.
